TUI - balance on my holiday due date has changed

My balance for October holiday was due tomorrow 24th July. Just logged on to pay it and now it says its due end of August. So its 8 weeks before date rather than 12. Is this right or a glitch. Dont want to loose the holiday if i dont pay tomorrow.
