Hi

I reported a LandLine fault on Monday, yesterday (21/07/21) in extreme heat a repair was effected.

Today I see this........

Over the course of several weeks - 8, 9 now 10 appointments - 3 missed - fault not fixed - wouldn't be a pat on the back
