Iweb Funds and shares missing.

I've just logged in and most of my funds and shares are still there but the value and the ability to trade in them has gone. Anyone else got the same issue?

Just had another look and they're back, so it looks like I logged in just at the wrong time. Maybe daily updates or something.0

They probably had their only staff member dealing with my months and months old inward cash ISA transfer and that may have caused a glitch on their website perhaps

No, I often log into iWeb at 8am when the market opens and it's definitely not the website's normal update time, funds and shares usually display correctly. I experienced this this morning too, it just looked like the fund price feed had gone wrong - for me equities were displaying correctly. iWeb's website would have been an embarrassment in 1998 and in my experience it's buggy and second rate. Just par for the course with it. It normally comes right fairly quickly, though.hoofy said:Just had another look and they're back, so it looks like I logged in just at the wrong time. In Interactive Investor,
I had £80k in stocks missing for a while yesterday... but, although the headline totals were recognisably correct, the sum across the bottom was £80k less.
I didn't realise they were maybe missing from transaction history, too; that is worrying.
I logged out and back in a bit later and it had been corrected.
Daily screen dumps maybe worthwhile in case there is a need to prove owt.0 -
And another. An HSBC Europe tracker gone without trace. All totals exclude the missing fund and it's no longer listed in trading history. Will see what transpires on Monday, I imagine their phones will be busy.
