Car damaged in car wash

Hi. Went to a car wash yesterday and there damaged inside my car around where my radio is, my interior post be grey put it has black marks all over and plus there damage where there tried to clean it off. Not sure what to do. Post be be going back to day to see manager.

Come on folks, lay off the OP. It’s not hard to work out what they’re asking. 

Can the car wash put it right? If not, what will it cost to have someone else put it right? That’s the discussion you need to be having with the manager.

I did find the OP difficult to understand ... especially the seemingly contradictory statements about "car wash" and "interior". This sounds more like a car valet service than a simple car wash.

I haven't previously seen "post" for "supposed" (is that common?), so had no idea whether "interior post" was meant to be part of the car or what. Genuinely baffled, not "having a go" at the OP.
