Lawyer has made error in our offer

Not sure why everyone needs to go on about how much furniture etc should matter or would matter to them.
The point is really what your loss is vs if the lawyer had done everything right.
There's 3 offers:
a) Offer of £X for house + furniture - rejected
b) Offer of £X + 11k for house only - seller accepted
c) Offer of £X + 11k for house + furniture - is what thought you offered, but never made it to seller.
So seller is happy with (b), you're happy with (c). In between there, is what could be agreed as a final sale. Due to the lawyer's error, offer (c) never made it to the seller, but if it did, the seller may still not have accepted. In which case you're in the same position you were in June, albeit 6 weeks later.
