@Trainerman have subscribed and am settling down with popcorn for the saga. I fully expect you to emerge utterly triumphant; all we need is music by John Barry....

That's fine @Humdinger1 and welcome, as long as I don't have to wear my pants over my trousers, a la Superman !

Sorry folks, back on to the case for the neighbour. I have just checked, and read the MCOL for the claim against her. The only details held are AoS received 25th Feb. Defence received 17th March. DQ by claimant 6th May.

No sign of DQ from court, nothing happening yet it is nearly three months since claimant's DQ, and six from claim.. Is the delay likely to be only down to the court system, or is it possible that the claimant's have stalled it?

    Thanks.

Is it DQ issued TO claimant or DQ received FROM claimant?

Hello @Le_Kirk. This was one sent by the claimant. It was accompanied by the usual "seen your defence, it is rubbish and we intend to proceed" email.
