My dad had dizzy spells/room spinning a while back.  Nurse at GP surgery checked and said it was wax in his ears causing vertigo. He was given some tablets for a few days and told to use a oil spray thing for his ears.   Could be worth getting checked out

Glad you are feeling a bit better. Its nice to sort out the freezers. I haven't done my meal plan this week, ready for next week, despite it being on my To Do list....had a bit of a busy week, but will aim to get it done by tomorrow.

If you're having a planned-for meal on a day when you feel like eating it, I think that could count as a success, don't you? :)

The sunshine is much needed in order to provide a bit of motivation to get out into the garden at the moment! It has been so cold and so wet for a long time. I like your idea of putting markers as I can never remember, come bulb planting time, where I need to plant them. I have started with sorting out my greenhouse as it is warmer in there.
Sometimes numbers can be a bit depressing and just practising all the sensible strategies can be the best thing. I agree that a great many people will be very seriously struggling in these difficult times.
