Be careful when you change Easyjet flights, they flip the order!

Got caught our earlier in the year called to change £420! I didn't go for it, and moved one flight at a cost of £60 and moved Holiday 2 weeks next year. I couldn't believe I made a mistake, but Easyjet flip the order of flights. Pic below.

Just had another cancelled and I can see why I made the mistake now. I know I should have been more careful but I wonder how many more it has caught out.

MAN-PFO-MAN cancelled

Rebooked 'for free' then after I'd pressed the final OK, I realised that I'd booked PFO-MAN-PFO

I phoned up at 7am the next day pleading my 'genuine mistake' but they wouldn't budge.

Change cost me another £150

But, to cancel and rebook would have cost a lot more!

The booking now has nine transactions!

Book-Seats- suitcase - change - change - change -  seat change - change - change (above) - move seats (again!)

I did get a customer satisfaction survey, so, made sure I told them what I thought!

They were, of course, grateful for my comments!!!!
