No buyers and even if he did get one soon, he could have a hefty void between you moving out and a sale completion. With EA fees on top.2 -
He is and im the bigger fool for even making an offer. The only thing is I don’t wanna put my elderly parents through the hassle of getting an eviction notice through the court, then find a house. I don't think you are a bigger fool. You put in a sensible offer on your 'home' and he was stupid enough not do the maths and be greedy.0
