Removing a satellite dish

This might be really a silly question, but looking for information about removing a satellite dish. I moved into a house that has a rusty old satellite dish attached to the side of the house. I don’t have Sky, nor watch freeview.
I only watch prime video.
im eager to remove it as it is an eyesore! If I remove it, will it affect receiving freeview in the future, or my broadband ? Will it affect radio?

I think it’s an old sky dish, but just not certain if that is the sole purpose … hopefully someone will clear up my dimness

Remove it if you wish. It will have no effect whatsoever on your freeview reception, as freeview is received through an aerial and your broadband is most likely delivered via a phone line, as for radio, well there are many ways to receive that; over the air, over the Internet. Etc.1

Why not just disconnect the cables from the LNB and check that everything you've mentioned still work? If all is well, then go ahead and remove it completely. As stated, just check that you don't have a Freesat (satellite) box rather then a Freeview (aerial) one.2

Freeview via sky box I think is called freesat by sky, not freeview1

Can you easily disconnect the LNB and see if it impacts upon your signal?
If no to both then scrap it!1 -
