Replacing central heating pipework and radiators

I think the main issue here is bringing the pipes down from the ceiling above, and not so much getting them across a floor.I have to say, I'd be inclined to reduce to 10mm and channel them into the wall completely out of sight, but a small corner boxing of 2 15mm pipes can often be done sympathetically. But then you need to get from the boxing to the actual rad...10mm pipe can be taken - either buried, or else behind tall skirting - to the valves, and then upped again to 15mm copper tails (or sleeve the visible 10mm tails in 15mm decorative covers).Just depends on how much work you want to do.0

All the vertical pipework will be boxed in.
I mean, I could go to the trouble of burying all the pipework in the wall and/or flooring. But, A, that is a fair amount of work... and B, should there ever be a leak, I've a much better view at where that leak is coming from.
