No confidence in broker

You are unlikely to get a surveyor who can/will do a full survey on a flat. Usually best you will get is a homebuyer's.Pantomimehorse said:When we say we would go for the full structural survey

Thanks we thought full survey was kind of the safest route its a ground floor flat with a kind of extension on the side. Would it make more sense just to get the home buyers ?kingstreet said:

As far as advice we haven't even got that far he just keeps calling us and asking the same questions. I've called the firm this morning requesting a different broker or we feel the need to go elsewhere and they have agreed so i hope the new one will be better !0
