Supplier refusing a refund

    By way of clarification, the boots in question are Country Boots, which are long in length and are suitable for walking. They are not riding boots. Thank you to all who made helpful comments, my wife has been in touch with her bank who are arranging a refund through chargeback.

    Well if I was the retailer I would stand my ground & reject the chargeback.
    So don't rely on getting a refund.
    Or keeping it if the retailer rejects the chargeback.
