Who was that email from - the main beneficiary (your mother) or you? As others have said, there's no duty to keep you informed.fatcat123 said:

I belive that during lockdown evictions could have been processed if there was a large amount of money owing? as the current rent that is being paid is only £100 pounds and a rought rental of that type of house in that area is in excess £1400 pounds per month could the eviciton processs have been started
That is not what is meant by money owing. So long as the tenant was paying the amount specified in the contract no money would have been owed.

The rental contract was signed by the female family member on behalf of my late grandmother and the person that the named on the contract as renting the house was the husband of the female family member - who is a solicotor...... they are husband and wife.....0 -
