Am I on the right forum?

This forum is titled LPG,Heating oil,Solid and Other Fuels.However,it seems most of the posts are moaning about gas and electricity companies,with barely a nod to oil and wood burners.Am I missing something?

People post in the wrong place but it is of no consequence as far as I am concerned. If there are no posts about oil or wood burners it is probably because people have little to say on these two subjects. I have though just changed my wood supplier because it has a 15% off sale next week.

The board uses poor names for the sections. Even before the recent mess change.   Many people don't understand what Energy is (Gas & Electric may be better).  And they see the "other fuels" bit of this section and think that is where the gas & electric goes.

Despite many many requests to get it changed, the board hasn't done anything about it.

I understand now. The ‘new look’ is rather ‘ clunky’ isn’t it?

The new look changed many things that worked fine previously and failed to fix the things that were broken.  The basic mistake is that the Energy heading is also a folder, which is very confusing.

The even more basic mistake is that the two sub-folders have blue titles, which makes them look like links.  But Energy is just in bold black text, and gives no indication that it's a link that can be clicked on.

Terrible user interface design.
