Euro ATMs in London

I'm looking to buy Euro notes. Usually I'd use one of the very convenient Raphaels Bank GBP & EUR note dispensing ATMs located in Tube stations, but I've since discovered they've been replaced with NoteMachine £ only ones - much to my disappointment.

It seems Raphaels Bank went out of business.

Does anybody know if there are any other ATMs left? Googling is getting me nowhere.
