Euro ATMs in London

I'm looking to buy Euro notes. Usually I'd use one of the very convenient Raphaels Bank GBP & EUR note dispensing ATMs located in Tube stations, but I've since discovered they've been replaced with NoteMachine £ only ones - much to my disappointment.
It seems Raphaels Bank went out of business.
Sadly this misleading information is still online http://cashpointcompass.co.uk/

Stupid ATMs in the airports are now charging for EUR withdrawal too (at least at Gatwick)
