When I log into fidelity it states that my isa is on the process of moving, so at least I know it's being actioned after a week.

I gave up with IWebb to transfer in an ISA (cash) after 4 weeks, long phone waits and their bs.
Interactive Investor did it online in 10 days and kept me updated in the process.

Then I did one for me. After nearly four weeks - nothing. Phoned them and they had lost the authorisation form. I resent this and called them after 10 days to check they had the form. PO ISA closed within 14 days and hopefully I will see this on iWeb this week.
Just a further update.
22/7 - Started my own transfer from Aegon to iWeb ISA (stocks and cash)
27/7 - Funds transfer completed and in my iWeb account
30/7 - Cash transferred and in my iWeb account
Six working days start to finish.0 -
Mine just appeared after a little under two weeks.I had no funds mind you, just shares and an exchange-traded trust.0

Another data point:
iWeb received an “in specie” transfer request for my wife’s HL ISA on 05/01/2021. As of today, it’s still not been completed. Every time I chased both iWeb and HL over the last few months, I’ve been told the request is at the final stage and that they simply need to agree a settlement date. Every target date I’ve been given comes and goes…As we’re still in the market - and don’t need to access the money - I’ve been reasonably relaxed, but seven months for a transfer is a complete joke. I opened a formal complaint today to try and get this over the line!1 -

Complain to iweb, get compensation, and then escalate it to the ombudsman. Any longer than a few weeks is a disgrace (and really it should only take a few days).2

MSE complaints tool can be found here:

I have asked Resolver to add iWeb to their list - please do the same.
If, like me, you are a shareholder in Lloyds Banking Group, bringing this general sorry state of affairs to the attention of higher management is always an option too.
As the OP of this thread I can report still no progress on either of our Cash ISA transfers 'in' to iWeb dating back to end of April 2021.1 -
Not sure when this happened, I haven't been logging in every day, but so far the shares (ITs) and ETFs have transferred from Halifax to iWeb, but the funds are still with Halifax at the moment. So roughly four weeks for that to happen. Sadly no forum records here though.
