Wowcher / Blackfeather-Online - Faulty Table

I recently purchased a 9 piece rattan garden set voucher for £899 via Wocher from the retailer Blackfeather-Online. After around 4 weeks the rattan table top (which has a glass top covering it) started to melt (the rattan part not the glass). Having contacted Wowcher they were no help and suggested I contact Blackfeather…

I agree with the last 3 posts.

The only other reason I can think of is something happened during the manufacturing process and some solution got on the OP's table (just that part of a circle bit) which has reacted to sunlight. Or got onto the glass which goes on top of the 'rattan' and transferred onto the table.
