in Water bills
This is perhaps one of the most shocking stories I have read in a long time and any fines imposed are totally justified although will never compensate for the damages inflicted. However, as a customer of Southern Water, and not being able to change my supplier, how will this affect us and any future bills ? Are we as customers going to have to suffer as an impact because that really riles me if we are.

I feel your pain. According to recent news reports, Severn Trent Water is also guilty of the same.0
