Ryanair Priority rip off when changing flights

Ryanair is advertising no fees for changing flights, however is secretly overcharging for priority boarding. I was forced to pay the difference already once and now for 3 members of family to change return flight it will cost me £60 extra! If the priority fee on the original flight was £10 and is £10 on the new flight if book from scratch, why is suddenly double when changing bookings????

Because baggage and priority is non refundable and always has been. They aren’t advertising “no fees for changing flights”. They are advertising “zero change fee” which means you don’t pay a flight change fee.Not a rip off or a secret you just haven’t read the terms and conditions.0

It is quite obviously deceitful and should be stopped by the ASA.

That is an opinion and you could certainly make the effort to raise the matter with the ASA if you feel their advertising is misleading.
Might be worth keeping in mind that RyanAir sell non-refundable tickets and they are making a (perhaps small in your eyes) gesture to allow changes to be made. I guess they could just play hand-ball and not permit any flexibility.0 -
You have to wonder when it will get to a stage where Ryanair consider it not worth the bother. It's a good offer but the amount of time consumed by people complaining to Ryanair cutomers services because they thinks it's unfair they booked before the offer came in, don't understand what a flight change fee is, never read it has to be more than 7 days before hand or haven't bothered to read about baggage being non-refundable must be massive.0
