Wizz air just bumped us from a flight to a date that we can't do - SOLVED

EDIT: Turns out the flight has now been pulled and Skyscanner was using old data.

We booked tickets super early to get a good deal. This morning they've sent an email to say 'Oh sorry you are now on xx/xx/xx date flight instead'

We can't do that time or date. When I go on skyscanner I can see that the original flight is still there but at a much higher price.

So they haven't cancelled it, just bumped us. Is that because they want to get more money out of other people? This seems pretty unethical to me. I can't even go into the booking because it tells me that there is a change and to expect an email (which i've already got...)

Thoughts? What can I do?

    Availability and prices shown on Skyscanner are not always live, so it's not an indication of whether Wizz have actually cancelled the flight - you need to look on their own website.

    Quite right. I re-reviewed on the Wizz Air website and the flight has been pulled in it's entirety. Still frustrating but at least resolution. Thanks for the good idea.
