    Absolutely get back on the market - this buyer has been slippery as by tho the sounds of it so no need to worry about what he thinks .. just do the best for you and you might even find yourself much better off with a higher offer and a motivated buyer!! Good luck with new baby too!! 
  • How would your buyer find out about the viewings . 
    I'd remarket but keep current buyer on back burner, if you get a more attractive offer / buyer you can tell the messers where to go.

    I'd carry on with marketing . If the buyer gets their mortgage sorted and comes back with a proposed exchange date you can decide at that point whether to agree and take it back off the market.
