Coupon-mad said:Yes that gives you primacy of contract and there is nothing about any charges or permits or the requirement to refer to any signage on site that can in any way vary or interfere with these rights.
Do you mean you are a leaseholder or tenant?
The flat is shared ownership leasehold.

Stronger position than tenant. That's good. Make that clear in responses.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

So a little update..
About 3 months ago I sent a SAR to AM Parking using a template I found on here and I've also sent an e-mail to Gladstones as told to do in the newbies thread, saying "I am seeking debt advice but I deny any debt and the case must be put 'on hold' for not less than 30 days under the PAP for debt claims 2017."Since then I have heard nothing from either AM or Gladstones. No Emails, calls, letters, nothing. Nor any letters since the LBC about a court claim. So is there a time limit for them to reply to my SAR? And If there is indeed a court claim in the future, could their ignoring of my SAR be useful to me? Though I'm sure I already have enough to win in court. An unrelated question also, I have been reading some more of the forums here and found I can contact DVLA and say that I do not consent to my data being sold to any private parking company under any circumstances. Would that mean I'd basically be able to park in places where PPCs operate and they'd have no way to ever get my details?

Didn't it tell them they had thirty days to respond?
You need to remind them. You needed to remind them months ago. Give them another seven days but tell them that without further notice you will be reporting their non-compliance with the Data Protection Act to the Information Commissioners Office if they fail to meet that new deadline.
