    I suspect this PCN was for an "overstay" ... otherwise known as a double-dip: first entry and last exit were recorded, overlooking the first exit and second entry ... rather than a "no return within X time" reason?

    Hi yes 

    we visited one store, went to another on the opposite park and came back to this retail park for Starbucks .  Never again that’s for sure !
