Any people who work on flights know this software?

Do any travel agents/ those working in flights know this software? I think it’s used to log calls and notes regarding flight bookings. 

If so- is it possible to make an entry on the today but backdate it to an earlier date?

The logo is that of Sabre which is a well known GDS flight booking tool used by many airlines - https://www.sabre.com/

Not heard of Booking Browser however.

Are you just trying to hold and track your flight reservation?

Travel Apps CheckMyTrip or Tripit by Concur are quite good for building and storing travel itineraries and adding trip notes.  They will also track and notify you of flight delays, departure gate info etc.

It is a long time since I worked in the industry but certainly at that time updates and comments in the systems used were automatically date stamped in Zulu time.
If a comment was entered today at 10:30am, it would show as 060721 09:30z (zulu time is GMT and does not change with BST)
manually overriding a date stamp was not possible - there needed to be a valid audit trail
