    Yes I will do. In the main I have pursued these claims aided by good people like yourself as a point of principal and fairness and in the belief it helps others. The reality is that it would have been much more cost efficient to pay 3 x £60 that they chased me for than the time I have spent on this, but then that is not at all the point!

    You can email the court and ask for your costs to be awarded due to unreasonableness by the claimant in discontinuing so close to a hearing , especially if your summary costs assessment has already been filed. Otherwise it's start a £35 claim yourself , with no guarantee of success
