Virgin media blagged deal

I signed up through the mse blagged virgin media offer for 23.95 a month for broadband and phone line with £75 credit but it hasn't been linked to my virgin media account. I received the £75 credit but the contract says £51 a month but the order summary says £23.95 a month so I don't know why contract is wrong and now I'm in 18 month contract at price I can't afford. Virgin media won't help as it was through third party. I don't know how to fix this if mse won't do 1 on 1 support.
