Mind you, I’ve just tried to install the app for my local train company (South Western Railway) on the Motorola and it says not compatible with that device. Argh surely it can’t be that difficult 😳

Jnm21, I think I’ve sorted the tethering, just need to test when I’m away from the WiFi.

Android 5.1.1 is 7 years old and is no longer supported by Google. Suspect that the SWR app needs something more current. Hope you didn't pay too much for that Moto, it's of a similar vintage.
