    Just checked mine and the option is still there - so they must be narrowing down the number of customers it's offered to. Mine is almost always under 5 percent utilisation and fully paid every month by DD - but who knows what their selection criteria is, Try the eligibility checkers direct on a few card lender websites to see your chances of approval - if you get lots of no's - then check your files are accurate with the CRA's, and if they are, you'll have to work out a way to reduce your balance more quickly to avoid interest.
    Can't imagine many folk taking them up on that second offer!
    Usually that offer is listed when you don't have a promotion available -so it's interesting that the OP has neither offer available.

    Hi everyone. Just to let you know that this was a problem with the app. I called them up today and arranged the transfer with no problems at all. I'll try reinstalling the app to see if that resolves the issue.
