To be fair to NatWest, the story from 2000 in relation to NatWest was that they kept personal information about their customers. The "Dear Rich !!!!!!" story did not identify the client of the programmer.sausage_time said:Yes, I have been moved to 2HJ too.

I agree I wonder if the people entering the data were paid per email and realised their work wasn't being checked, and so just entered random stuff.
