The GGF appeared toothless and did nothing useful.In the end, when we didn't have the conservatory we'd ordered, just the one they wanted to give us and 6 months of wrangling over it, I examined the contract's T&C carefully. This revealed a breach in terms of supplied paperwork, so I paid 2/3 of the agreed price and told the company to come after us for the rest.They didn't.
