Hi I have a G600 Samsung phone and I am having difficulty when I receive pictures. I am on a T Mobile contract and my phone is not full of messages as I keep check of that and regularly empty them. What has worked sometimes is to move any picture texts to MY FOLDER but that seems to make no difference now. Now I just get a text from which I can select on the drop down menu to retrieve and if this works I then can see the picture but most of the time I get the message "CANNOT RETRIEVE MEMORY FULL". But what is full and what can I do, help please?

This phone has a memory chip that you can put in which I have done and in the past have moved things to the chip. I have checked memory status and nothing looks full there, so what can be wrong?

Any help appreciated.
