Question. Why is this scenario "legal" and not a crime.. Baffled??

I think that you can see the corner of the ticket in their image. It's about an inch down on the top right hand side. I enlarged the image and I sure that it is the ticket. The attendant must have seen that ticket.

I will ask my friend if it is possible to filter the reflection. I assume that you still have the ticket.
Many judges are very fair over fluttering ticket cases and this ticket does not appear to have even fluttered.
Excel really must be scraping the barrel now. They are litigious but beatable. They will though take it to the brink.

If they are able to filter the reflection that would be great and one in the eye for the scammers. I do still have the ticket and it's in very good condition, even after 6 years.1 -

Is this the reflection of the ticket in the side window?

The orientation is the same.3 -
Was the claim made within six years?
I have asked my friend to see if she can filter out some of the reflections. I am sure though that part of the ticket is visible. You will need to blow up that image for your WS.
You will also need to question why it has taken so long to bring this claim to court. It is not as if Excel have never made a claim before. They do it on a regular basis.
Their image showing part of the ticket does correspond to your image showing more of the ticket.

I think it is. My friend has tried to filter out the glare but they are really poor images. The fact that you have the ticket and the images are so poor on balance of probability they will struggle with this.ParkingMad said:Is this the reflection of the ticket in the side window?

The orientation is the same.Thank your friend for me. It looks very much like it is, as there is nothing other than the ticket of that shape in my photo. As you say their image is of poor quality. Thank you so much though.1 -

I am very grateful and will use it in my WS.Yes it was within the 6 years, JUST. From following the boards and several FB pages it does seem their income has taken a hit recently. So they have been trawling into the past to dredge up previous demands for monies.1
