That's an Aim listed share so if the "all share" index you're referring to is the FTSE All Share then it won't be included. "...the FTSE All-Share index is the aggregation of the FTSE 100, FTSE 250 and FTSE Small Cap Indexes."

Have you tried phoning them? Their customer service is quite good

Will MMAT eventually become available for online trading? 

I assume when they complete the merger on their system, if they haven't already?
If it's all done, why can this stock be traded only via phone - it's a NASDAQ stock so I don't see a problem, only risk?
