The SC charge component is not relevant. What matters is the total annual cost. If you do a search on any comp site using your (minimal) kWh figures, that will give you the cheapest tariff.No free lunch, and no free laptop

Arguably, it matters to those with solar; ie, fix over Winter and then choose a supplier with no SC for the summer months. Not a particularly good business model for the supplier that offers a no SC tariff if a large proportion of customers site not expecting to the pay the supplier anything whilst they are with them.macman said:The SC charge component is not relevant.
