I mean you can fight on but it sounds like they will only cancel the newer one if you pay £100 to settle the older one.
It is your decision and we will support you if you fight them both in court on the basis that the disabled bays were taken up (it would be flipping fantastic if you could get evidence that the car parked in one, was the PCM ticketer's vehicle but that's hard to capture and would be down to being in the right place at the right time).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Unfortunately the ticketer always arrives on foot - it's the same one who patrols the development all the time! I did reply and provide the images of cars being ignored as either the ticketer is being lazy OR his bosses at PCM have said "don't worry about people being in the disabled bays"!
I fear it's more likely the latter, as the operative would be breaking his targets every week. It is clear to all residents that PCM do not care as people continue to park in the bays without badges!

Just come back to update on this as I never did.
Took Coupon's advice on this one and paid the £100 on the first and they agreed to cancel the second.
But stay tuned for my new thread that'll be up shortly as I'm going to war with them again now!?1
