Can any one advise

my sister in law moved away from BT some years ago and kept her BT email, for which she was charged.  Recently has returned back to BT, and has informed them to link the email to the new broadband account. However she is still being charged £7.50 a month despite being told it would be stopped. She has cancelled DD, but is now getting emails to say if she doesn't pay it will go to debt collectors etc.

Who/how can we get them to stop this- anyone got a telephone number we can call!

thanks

Is it a separate DD for the broadband provision and the email address?
So much easier to avoid all this hassle and just use a non ISP-specific email address such as Gmail.
No free lunch, and no free laptop ;)

Yes it's a separate DD. She just wants to merge both and only pay the Broadband DD. BT have confirmed the email is now linked. But she keeps getting emails to pay for the email. BT just don't seem to be able to sort it
