From the dashboard, choose to View your saving account; then there is a review link at bottom right in the page.  Click to open a new page where you can apply the bonus.

I can't login at the moment.

I have tried 4 different browsers.

I just get a circle going round the "M" in the centre of the screen.

Thank you, my husband had an email but I didn`t.  Have activated the offer

Finally managed to login and add the new bonus rate to my account.

Possibly, or perhaps they are just people who check their email frequently.

Don't think anyone had an email about this as yet.

I received a confirmation email after I activated the new bonus rate so am unlikely to receive one advising me of its availability. I guess many on here will be in a similar position.

I got the confirmation email immediately after activating the bonus, then an email informing me a bonus was available overnight.

I stand corrected. Marcus confirmed my new bonus by email at 7am on Wednesday morning and at 11am today (Friday) notified me that a new bonus was available.

What possessed me to believe that their marketing and operational sections were connected.
