Hello, I've read somewhere that you can fly to Jersey and back without any need for PCR tests or quarantine or any restrictions because Jersey is part of the UK. Is this true? Many thanks.

you are tested on arrival
there is a travel form to complete
https://www.gov.je/Health/Coronavirus/Travel/Pages/CoronavirusTravelAdvice.aspx
they also have a red amber green status https://www.gov.je/Health/Coronavirus/Travel/Pages/DeclaringTravelHistory.aspx
Birmingham shows as Red statusRed arrivals
Testing on arrival, day 5 and day 10
Isolation until day 10 negative test result
You can provide a negative COVID-19 PCR test result, which means you won't need to be tested on arrival but will still need to be tested on day 5 and day 10, and isolate until day 10 negative test result
If you've been fully vaccinated in UK, Republic of Ireland, Guernsey or Isle of Man you'll need a test on arrival and isolate until your first negative test result. You'll also be tested on day 8
