Hi folks, today will be NSD 2/12 for me. I have had a wonderful no spend day going for a walk and enjoying the sights and sounds of nature followed by a swim. @Sallyp2 thanks also for mentioning the Michelle McGagh book. I returned my libray books earlier this week and picked this up while I was there along with a few new fiction books to read. I have read this before ages ago but it was good to back through it for a reminder. I wouldn't take on board all her ideas but it's great to get inspiration from. Like you, I think I will check out Martin's books too just to see what I can glean from them.2

So I have been AWOL as life is a mess right now with too much going on but today I had a migraine (bad) and the side effect is NSD number 1 (good)
