Hi All,

Does anyone have a good recommendation for a RICS Surveyor in the Cambridgeshire/Essex area that can supply a sensible valuation at a sensible price ?

Thanks in advance

Might be better posting this on another forum - not sure pensions is your best place! Hopefully a board guide will be able to move this for you (not sure where will be best).
Googling on your question might have been both quicker and easier, if you're only after simple facts rather than opinions!

Are you changing your mortgage at the same time? If so, it might be wise to establish which survey firm your lender will use for the mortgage report and valuation.

Am I missing something?  If its Help to Buy I assume its a new build?  Is a survey required on a new build?

Hi, this is a new build home and I'm ready to pay off the help 2 Buy loan. The survey is to obtain a valuation.

    Thanks
