No you dont need to pair them again. When the adapter loses its connection to the router it automatically tries to reconnect to the router that is why you keep getting those messages as it keeps disconnecting for a little while.
I suggest you move the adapter to another socket in the spare room so it is closer to the router if possible. Sounds like the signal strength is too weak to keep a good stable connection.0 -

Did you try disabling the Wireless adapter on your laptop? I ask because the TPlinks are up/down stairs and may be on a different circuit and windows may think "hang on there may be a momentary drop/interference on the ethernet circuit so I will swap to wireless" . Just a theory of course , but I have seen it happen on 100Mbps adaptors , but I know your TP-Links are "1Gbps" oh and our laptop may only have 100Mbps ethernet card.

Apparently those to link powerlines are known for dropping out. Some solutions were to have your laptop constantly ping the router to keep a connection and some people figured out there were issues because other people in another flat had the same devices.
If it cant be resolved easily then a wireless extender positioned halfway between you and the router may be the answer rather than a powerline adapter0 -
