up to 8 weeks is the default time mentioned in all complaints. You get the right to refer to the FOS after 8 weeks if you are impatient. (it usually doesn't help to do that). Some complaints take months. Some take years. PBA complaints tend to be counted in months rather than years. If you are not a current Lloyds customer then it can take longer.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. They are not financial advice and you should not treat them as such. If you feel an area discussed may be relevant to you, then please seek advice from an Independent Financial Adviser local to you.0

Thank you dunstonh ,
I got the massage, very informative, however I am so tempted to take the risk and reclaim: all I have payed plus significant compensation. I posted earlier that the HBOS and the Capguest, Lowell and Arrows agency has acted beyond any acceptable scope of business and regulations. Firstly, selling my credit account ( to multiple parties, without notice, and by keeping me the current account customer till today). It was 2008, so the sell have been fraudulent, plus mis selling my PPI and destroying my credit one for all . The amount I owned was totally qualified for insurance,as I was experiencing unemployment and very specific difficulties in terms of health problems, not to mention I become a single parent (the bank was aware).
The total charges of £8900 on previous £1500 credit card has hit me in 2010. Ever since I am dealing with the multiple agencies, and I have £2000 left. For 13 years I am unable to get anything on credit, not a single mobile contract !!!
I’m not young, I honestly declare that this cheating has destroyed my life. I’m done. I have been studying and investigate for weeks. I don’t have evidence yet , from them all, but the list of unfair treatment and offences is endless. I have been negotiating style person, I have been giving up the fight so many times ( in relation to the law breaking activity). Done many settlements with Public Departments and with so- called big players.
I cannot go thorough all my life with head down. Never standing my grands. The vulnerable individuals will never benefit from the justice, if the risk is not to be taken. The Rule of Law is fading away.
How we can expect the real change of unpenalised offences conducted by large companies, the heart breaking vulnerable customer cases of limited access to fair treatment to end, if by taking the safe mode over and over?
I understand the risk, but I am getting prepared to either win nothing or win all applicable by law. The guidance provided above is really helpful, however I need to provide the room for the whole justice this time. For myself, for the others. I would appreciate any suggestions and support from you, of how to take the toughest approach, by applying the law execution, without any excuse. I don’t own them. I have been robbed.
I am seeking the debt recovery.
Any advice whether the changing of the positions, by simply selling the debt to debt agency will do any good?

No The selling of the account is fine.
You'll need to condense the rest of your complaint to a few bullet points, as it's extremely hard to follow.0 -

It doesn't work that way, you cannot "reclaim" anything. You complain about whatever you feel was miss-sold and provide your evidence. You do not claim compensation either, there is a fixed refund process of 8% (15% in very old ones) simple interest on top of a full refund of, for example, the package bank account fees.I posted earlier that the HBOS and the Capguest, Lowell and Arrows agency has acted beyond any acceptable scope of business and regulations. No they didn't. You have 2 posts on your account, where did you post earlier?Firstly, selling my credit account ( to multiple parties, without notice, and by keeping me the current account customer till today). Not beyond anything, they are allowed to sell accounts without notice. It was 2008, so the sell have been fraudulent,No it wasn't. Fraud is a serious criminal accusation, 2008 doesn't have any relevance, debt selling has been going on for a lot longerplus mis selling my PPI and destroying my credit one for all .If you complained about miss-selling PPI and were refunded, what is the issue? If you were not miss-sold, what is the issue? PPI 99.9999% did not destroy your credit, it was typically around 80p per £100 of debt - if you were over your credit limit or had debt issues, that was not the problem of PPI, it was your overall debtThe amount I owned was totally qualified for insurance,as I was experiencing unemployment and very specific difficulties in terms of health problems, not to mention I become a single parent (the bank was aware).Did you ask the bank for financial hardship help? The total charges of £8900 on previous £1500 credit card has hit me in 2010. Ever since I am dealing with the multiple agencies, and I have £2000 left. For 13 years I am unable to get anything on credit, not a single mobile contract !!!Charges are expensive yes. 13 years doesn't seem credible. Your credit files are wiped 6 years after the default etc so at some point after 2016 you could have got credit again as there would be no reference to your previous problemsI’m not young, I honestly declare that this cheating has destroyed my life. They have not committed offences and you will not get anywhere with this line, particularly claiming law breakingI cannot go thorough all my life with head down. Never standing my grands. Your possible unfair treatment or miss-selling isn't illegalHow we can expect the real change of unpenalised offences conducted by large companies, the heart breaking vulnerable customer cases of limited access to fair treatment to end, if by taking the safe mode over and over?

Replying now assuming you are also jadex91You talked about a Lloyds bank complaint in 2015. Why have you only complained now? It could well be time barred. Your post then said you had a £2000 overdraft and were paying lots of fees - logical, they are an expensive way to borrow money. You said in that post you were worried about the OD being removed and leaving you "with no money". That shows a misunderstanding of finance - OD is a debt to the bank. You go into the OD you are borrowing money and pay for it with charges.Reading through your posts, you are ~29 (stated age of 22 in May 2014) and already had ~£1000 in debt to 3 catalogue firms which went to a debt collector so must have been run up and not paid for some time and yet were trying to get credit to buy a sofa, tumble dryer etc.I think it's good to deal with problems like an adult but blaming others for your situation is frankly not the way to go, own your mistakes and learn from them or it's going to be a long 50+ years of the rest of your life.1 -
Update!!They’ve got back to me and aren’t refunding me anything as I claimed back in 2016. However at that point I had a normal standard classic account and since then, beleive I was missold again?? Do I go to the ombudsman or not? Thanks0

If you took out a new product, the same 3/6 year rules apply so you'd have to ask them to look at the second sale0
