Haven't had time to look yet but it's already sent, to the local court and the C's solicitor?

That's very good and easy to follow.

I might start using it as an example (you will get notifications if we use your name to point people to look at that example). Did you do a costs assessment or are you not interested in claiming costs when you win?!

Thank you ma’am! I decided to take a damage limitation approach (financially and maritally!)…after all, I spend less than half an hour on the defence 😂

I think I am going mad  -  @wobs2k thread which has been flagged as a template WS and is about PPS:-

Yet the link to the WS on page 5 dated 5.5.2022 is headed for UKPC:-

Can someone confirm that I am sane?  (I orginally wrote this for another thread but not yet posted)

Dunno. Hopefully @wobs2k can reassure us that they sent a WS headed about the right PPC and including stuff about the correct Code of Practice.

Very odd, the file at that link is not my witness statement! It was a while ago now but I’m certain I shared the correct link originally. I’ll find it again and share ASAP

Something odd going on with the forum (not only is there a problem with the threads not updating after being read - already reported) but this thread started back at page one again and then, after being on the forum for ten minutes, it decided it didn't know who I was and I had to log in again!

    (Also posted on @Cp100)

It is very strange  -  the WS of the link 5 May (wobs2k) seems to be from details of Cp100 case.

The address of Cp100 parking event is:-

Central House Park Steet, Camberley, GU15 3PE and Street View shows Albert Road car park  -  which are the photos shown in wobs2k WS.

Yet the exhibits under the wobs2k WS do relate to that of the correct case and ppc.

Not possible I'm sure but it is as though somehow the WS (but not exhibits) of wobs2k (Plymouth parking event) has been substituted by that of Cp100 (whose post showing the link for the WS that Le_Kirk and I commented on seems to have been deleted).
  • Could have happened if @wobs2k Dropbox settings were or are set to 'Edit' rather than 'View Only' perhaps.
Anyone clicking the link could then edit any documents in the shared folder.
