Sounds an awful app design if you expect an inebriated customer having a good time and ordering yet more drinks to remember the location of the establishment they are drinking in !0

Most of those apps have a warning of "you are 5km away, are you sure you are at The Red Lion?" or similar. There is a stage to double check. OP might have done better calling (or asking the manager at the pub they were in to call) the other pub straight away to see if they could stop the order before its poured. But I guess once its in the glass then the drinks are made and its a bit late.
