Help needed with faulty phone.

I got a contract phone from the carphone warehouse in May this year. The phone has now broken for the fourth time. The previous three times I have had to take the phone into a shop in town too be fixed. This costs £8 each time to park and takes approximately 3 hours, I then have to go and collect the phone when it is fixed. I have contacted the carphone warehouse, by email, phone and letter to see if they can send a replacement phone as I do not want to have to go again to get this phone fixed. I have had no reply from them at all. What else can I do

What phone?
Do you know what the problem is?0 -
It is a Samsung D840. You turn the phone on and the screen is just white, it has had this fault before which was fixed but now it's broken again

Sound like you need to go to a different shop to get it fixed - one that can replace the ribbon connector properly

I've been told in their shops that if they've tried and failed a repair 3 times they arrange a replacement (refurbished) - and they've done that even when it's only been repaired once or twice with minie. A sympathetic person in the right branch should be able to sort that out for you - you may also persuade them to have the replacement sent to your home rather than the shop, though you'll have to take the faulty one in there first.0
