I'm in the same boat as you all......recieved my final offer from snc on the 20th Dec 22 which I accepted Sent bank detail off.
Snc credit said I should recieve my refund by the 3rd of Jan 23, obviously I didn't get the refund.spoke to live chat said it was delayed due to Christmas period then it was they was no time frame on refunds and now the company has gone into administration.

SafetyNetCredit have ignore all emails I sent before they went into administration.

Also I made this claim to safetynetcredit through charterhouseclaims and they did all the work for me in getting this refund and since snc are in administration now  and if I don't get this  refund will I have to still pay charterhouseclaims a fee for there services
    Any advice please
    Thanks gemma
I would check with them as I did mine through a company and they’ve just emailed me to say that they’re cancelling my invoice because I’m very unlikely to see any of that money.

I’m sorry everyone, I think we just all have to accept we aren’t getting the money, there is no clutching at straws - even if they are still trading. We will only get any money if there’s anything left once assets are sold and secure creditors paid, but it’s unlikely to be the amount we are owed - if anything at all

I think finalised ageeements come under secure creditors to be honest
I’m not sure that’s the case actually
I guess I’m just clutching at straws lol I’m just hoping the fact that they are still trading on some way means that we will still get what’s owed to us. Although the email I received today says they will not process my refund
I understand, I’ve received an email through the company I applied for the refund through saying that they have cancelled the money I owe them (their cut) as it’s unlikely I will see any of the money owed. I think you need to accept it now.

Sorry I can't post the link only been a member one day
Definitely no chance of a refund now
  • It’s so unfair that they can get away with it when they are still trading! They still have money coming in so they should be paying their agreed payments. I didn’t do it through a company, I done it myself. I’ve emailed their administrator aswell just for an answer as to what’s happening. I just can’t get it into my head that they can still allow people to borrow and make money on them but cnat pay what they have already agreed with others! I’m so annoyed

It’s only for existing customers and they are reducing the borrowing amounts over the next few months. It’s probably more to do with the rolling credit agreement and not plunging people into poverty by cutting them off completely
  • Safety Net have confirmed to me that they won't be processing my refund due to them going into administration.  I'm so angry but nothing I can do.
  • Hi the company I applied through was charterhouseclaims they are now ignoring my emails about the fee

Today I received I a letter from charterhouseclaims dated from the 5.1.23 which said we would to confirm that safetynet credit have offered 1000.78 refund and should be with you soon and they have also added a invoice for 379.23 to be paid within ten days......obviously this letter has been delayed by the Royal mail and now safetynetcredit is in administration.....it leave me with 5 days to pay invoice fee

Surely charterhouseclaims are aware of snc administration and that we won't get a penny of these refunds how can they still send a invoice for a refund that I will never get.
But as they are not replying to any of my emails snc and charterhouseclaims have both f##ed me over as I don't have any money to pay the fee as I'm am unverisal credit, limited capability to work and have serve mental health issues

I don't know what else to do

They can’t charge you until you receive the money, which you’re not going to. If they’re ignoring your emails just ignore the letter, I’m sure they’ll be in contact via email to chase it. I’m getting automatic emails about my invoice payment being due, however doorstep refunds have already told me they’re waiving the fee
  • Debt camel has sent me a template of complaints form to send to charterhouseclaims which I've just sent of by email to their complaints department so hopefully will get a reply back soon....I said something I will kot ne paying your fee as I will most definitely not be receiving tge refund from snc.
Also just spoke to snc live chat at 4pm to one of their live agents and he said
    16:03
"I can confirm your account has been sent to our complaints department to process the redress however there is no time frame for the redress and you should receive email when is due to be send to you."
    16:12
"Thank you for your enquiry, as per the above message your redress still in process, please see the FAQs on our website for any further information
I don't think they have a clue what's going on
  • Due redress of £9007 which I accepted on 22 Dec told it would be sorted 3rd Jan,so spent a little more than usual at Christmas as I was getting redress on 3rd turns out when I rang on the 3rd that the department was busy due to the festive season
Feels like the final kick in the teeth by this company final resolutions should be honoured if there still trading
