Hip Arthritis

I have 'bad' osteoarthritis in my neck. My chiropractor only looks at the neck as that's what I went in with initially. I saw her weekly for 3 - 4 months and now its monthly. Are they meant to look at your spine as a whole? I think I now have osteoarthritis in lower back/hip. If they don't assess the spine as a whole, do I need 2 appointments - one for neck and another for hip? I've not spoken to her yet as the next appointment isn't till next week.

It's private - she looked at it while checking my neck. She clicked something and while it's not completely. gone, it's much better than before. 🙂1
