Sky Mobile spend cap set, but wasn't applied!

Update: Sky closed my complaint, but I just proved on another sim that the issue is still there (a spend cap set using MySky app is not actually applied).
Sent to BBC news, as got no response when I emailed MSE.1 -
Update: no response from sky for 8 weeks, so case raised with CISAS. No idea if the bug in MySky app has even been fixed...0
