PlusNet not honouring £75 cashback voucher

I signed up to PlusNet via the MSE TIP which had the offer of a £75 gift card.
After a few months and having not received it, I phoned PlusNet to find out what had gone wrong.
PlusNet are now essentially denying that I signed up via the MSE site, and instead, say I must have signed up directly or didn't choose the correct offer. As I recall, ther wasn't any choice to make, and the website clearly presented me with the £75 cashback banner at the top.
I know I signed up via MSE, but it is my word against theirs. What can I do?
Is this for MSE to help me chase, or the Ombudsman?
Or shall I simply switch away again? [although, they might try to charge me for that too...].
This sort of behavior (of PlusNet) just undermines my trust in MSE's ability to negotiate offers like this. If the companies don't hold up their end of the bargain, it reflects poorly on MSE... (not that I blame MSE in the slightest). Is there anyone at MSE who can help?
Thanks.

The offer that ended 09 June: I have been told, today, by Plusnet, that it takes up to 30 days to receive the email; we then have 2 months to claim. NB the speed will not be 10Mb, currently c.3.6 Mbps.
Ask @MSE_Chris to investigate, he is the ISP specialist.Rob0 -
Thanks for the reply Rob. I signed up during a previous offer, way back in March. MSE have replied and I understand are following up with PlusNet directly. Thanks.0
